This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be available for Hunyuan 3D services and purchases.
Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for subscription services under specific conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of first subscription purchase
- Usage must be 30 or fewer credits consumed (excluding sign-up bonus credits)
- First-time subscribers only for Plus ($24.99/month) or Pro ($79.99/month) plans
- Basic plan users (free tier) are not eligible for refunds as no payment is involved
Response Time Commitment
We commit to responding to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Subscription Management
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your user dashboard. Subscription changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Credit System
- Sign-up Bonus Credits: The 30 credits provided upon account registration are non-refundable as they are provided free of charge
- Monthly Credits: Credits included in paid subscriptions are part of the subscription package and follow the subscription refund policy above
